Refunds & Exchanges
Online Refund and Exchange Policies for Flock Fashion & Accessories:
At Flock Fashion & Accessories, we prioritize your satisfaction with your purchase. Please familiarize yourself with our refund and exchange policies outlined below:
1. Refunds:
- Flock does not provide cash refunds; instead, all refunds are issued as store credit.
- Please be aware that all purchases of sale items are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges:
- We happily facilitate exchanges for unused items with tags intact.
- To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, including tags.
- Customers have the option to exchange garments for a different size, with the same rules and procedures applicable to refunds.
3. Returns:
- Unworn items can be returned within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) from the date of purchase.
- For a valid return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached.
- Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The first return by a new customer (within South Africa) is free; subsequent returns will incur shipping and handling charges.
- We recommend using Aramex or Courier Guy for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your package.
Note: If you'd like us to handle the return on your behalf, a R100 fee will be charged, and the parcel will be collected at your door. This arrangement must be made in advance, and payment should be made instantly to proceed.
4. Faulty Products:
- Products with manufacturing faults can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- We will replace the faulty product, mend if possible, or refund the cost in store credit.
- Normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults.
5. Sale Items and Discounted Purchases:
- All discounted or sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for returns or exchanges, but the value will remain at the discounted amount.
6. Special Items:
- Please note that intimate products, accessories, feather items, and one-of-a-kind items are final sales and, therefore, non-refundable and non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding.

Flock Fashion features two distinct brands on the website: Flock, a locally designed and manufactured brand, and FIND Global, a globally sourced eyewear and accessory brand. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the quality of products from the FIND Global brand, as we do not manufacture them.
