Refunds & Exchanges


We want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you find that you are unsatisfied for some reason you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

In order for us to log your return the item must be in the original condition, packaging with original tags. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive an incorrect order or a faulty garment please phone immediately and understand that sometimes mistakes do happen and we will refund your shipping fee for you to send back the incorrect parcel. Please note if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the exchange. The images may vary slightly in colour.

All discounted or sale purchases are final and cannot be returned, no exchange or refund. Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for returns or exchanges, however the value of the item will stay at the discounted amount.

Free shipping is only offered one way to the customer. If you need to exchange your item it will be done at the customers cost. All refunds will be given as store credit. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased on sale, once off wearable art pieces, eye wear, accessories, bodysuits or feather pieces.

We offer two separate brands on our website Flock is a 100% locally designed and manufactured brand where FIND Global is a globally sourced eye wear and accessory brand that we feel compliments Flock. However we are not responsible for another brands quality, we do not claim to manufacture these products therefore we cannot be held responsible for these products.
