Flocks wants our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you find that for some reason you are unsatisfied with a purchased item, we will happily accept the return of an unworn item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchasing the item. In order for FLOCK to refund your purchase please note that items should be in their original condition, including tags. FLOCK allows for one free return for each new customer (within South Africa) using normal postage not courier, thereafter, customers will be held responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item . If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend you make use of registered post.
HOW TO RETURN:
Please send the tagged, unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. You will be refunded in store credit within 14 business days of the return of the item, minus original shipping charges. Note that worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Each garment we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the slight case that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund the cost (in store credit) as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
We will gladly exchange garments for a different size. Please note the same rules and procedures governing refunds apply for exchanges as well.
