Flock Fashion & Accessories - Refund & Exchange Policy
At Flock Fashion & Accessories, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As a small business with a dedicated team, we have outlined our refund and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
NO CASH REFUNDS
FLOCK does not offer cash refunds. We will gladly exchange unused goods with tags intact, or provide store credit for the value of the item.
Please note: Sale items are non-refundable.
Returns for Store Credit
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, tagged items within:
-7 business days (for domestic returns within South Africa)
-18 business days (for international returns)
Items must be in their original condition, including tags, to qualify for store credit. FLOCK allows one free return for new South African customers via normal postage (not courier). After the first return, customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. We recommend using registered post, as FLOCK cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Online and In-store Purchases
Purchases made online or in-store can be returned or exchanged at our Cape Town store.
Please note: Items sold at markets or external events are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, send the tagged, unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL, and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. Store credit will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the item, minus original shipping charges.
Note: Worn or damaged merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Faulty Products
All garments undergo quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace it or offer store credit if returned within 4 days of purchase. Beyond this period, returns for faults will be handled at our discretion. Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Sale items
- One-of-a-kind pieces
- Eyewear, accessories, bodysuits, stockings, or feather pieces
All other products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange garments for a different size. The same rules and procedures apply as with refunds.
Uncollected Orders
If an order is placed but not collected within 7 days of notification, FLOCK will make an effort to contact you via the contact details provided. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the item will be returned to stock, and the order will be cancelled. In such cases, store credit (minus any handling or restocking fees) will be issued for the purchase.
Please note: If you need more time to collect your order, simply reach out to us, and we’ll gladly hold it for you.
